1. On your iPad go here: 188.lekandu.net/sets/
2. Select a gig from the list
3. Go to the menu at the bottom of the page
4. Select your instrument from the drop-down list (defaults to vocal)
5. Click "Download Scores"
6. Wait for a while
7. "Open in iBooks"
8. Check that everything is there
You can click "Open Scores" to load the scores directly into your browser without downloading.
If there is no score for your instrument you will get the default score for that song. If there is no default score a blank page with the song title will be inserted.
If there is a problem with one of your scores or a score is missing then let Neal or Shandy know so we can try and fix it.

2. Select a Gig from the list
3. Choose "Print" from the file menu. The setlist will be styled with a white background.
On a mac you can choose to "Save As PDF" from the PDF drop-down in the print dialog.
Click "Show Table" in the Menu at the bottom to view the set list with more information.
1. In the menu click "New Set List" or "Edit This Gig"
2. Login when asked.
3. Enter a name for the event.
3. Enter a venue.
4. Enter a date.
5. To start a new set include "@" in a line. Use the format "Set Name @ Time"
6. Go to the "Enter Song" Box.
7. Start typing a song title. Matching tracks will start to appear in a drop-down.
8. Select a Track from the drop-down or keep typing to enter a song not in the stored repertoire.
9. Hit "Enter" ("Go" on ios") to add the track to the list.
10. Repeat as required.
11. Remember to click "Update Set List" at the top right of the screen to save the list.
12. Take note of any errors and make corrections.
On a computer you should be able to type things like "December 12" or "Saturday" or "Tomorrow" into the date field.
Set names and times are optional. You can use an "@" on a line by itself or simply leave a blank line to separate sets.
You can edit directly in the set list text area.
Copy and paste from an old set list or from a spreadsheet into the set list text area.
Move the insertion point to anywhere in the set list text area to insert tracks at that point.
Remember a blank line will start a new set.
Track names must be entered correctly (no spelling mistakes) or the system won't find the correct scores.
After saving a list of any songs without default scores will help you find any misnamed tracks.
1. In the menu click "New Song" or select an existing song from the drop-down.
2. Login when asked.
3. Enter a title.
4. Enter an artist.
5. Enter an approximate duration e.g. "3:30".
6. Click on the icons of lead vocalist(s) and soloists.
7. Choose files to use as scores for instruments. (see below)
8. Click "Compose Song" button at the top right..
Changing the title may lead to scores going "missing".
The Artist and duration are optional but helpful.
Leads can be toggled on and off. Any number of leads can be selected.
1. Go to the song either by clicking the song title in a set list or from the songs dropdown in the menu.
2. Login when asked.
3. Click on "Choose File" for your instrument.
4. Choose the pdf or jpg file you wish to upload.
5. Click "Compose Song" button at the top right.
6. Wait until the page has reloaded (be patient).
Use the "default" instrument for a generic score. This is what will be used in lieu of a specific score for any given instrument.
Files will automatically be named correctly when uploaded.
Uploading new scores will overwrite any which existed before for the same song and instrument.
Scores can be either .pdf or .jpg.
Please make sure that pdf files are version 1.4 or less.
Multiple scores for different instruments can be uploaded at the same time.
Try to make scores in correct aspect ratio for iPad screens (4:3). For pdf make it 150mm x 200mm. For a jpg I'd recommend 1536px x 2048px.
Click on the filename of an existing score to preview it.
